The motorcycle was north on Texas Avenue when it struck the SUV, causing it to flip onto its side. The occupant of the SUV was taken to St. Joseph's hospital and is in fair condition. The driver of the motorcycle, sophomore general studies major Michael Weber, was killed in the accident.</br></div>
