Laurie David is a hypocrite

Laurie David, the producer of "An Inconvenient Truth" and global warming activist, told Texas A&M students to change their "individual behavior" in order to consume fewer resources and to help battle global warming. As an employee of Easterwood Airport, I would like to point out that Mrs. David flew to our campus in a luxurious private jet, which could be seen from 10 miles away due to the thick plume of smog it left in its wake. I am neither denying nor confirming the epidemic of global warming, I am simply pointing out that hypocrites such as Mrs. David don't care about the environment, only their own political agendas. This is proven time and again by these celebrities' and lobbyist's "do as I say, not as I do" attitude.

I don't think it's fair to discredit the message these people have, or say they don't care, because you don't like the messenger.

How could she prove that she truly cared 100% about the environment? Walk to A&M? Speak over a solar-powered sound system? Put her toilet paper in the recycle bin?

I'm reminded of Doug Blevins, kicking coach to such players as Adam Vinatieri. (Continued…)

Roy, the Huffingtonpost is the most liberal liars of the media out there. Ms. David is as much as a hypocrite as Al Gore!

Also to Roy....

If you look at the main article it said he saw her flying IN to easterwood airport on a jet. And he being an employee in such a tiny little airport, i'm sure it is very easy for everyone there to know who is coming and going from such a luxurious jet; considering that there are only 2 terminals and they are attached to the only exit in the airport. Dear Batt Readers -
I personally know Richard Pawlick and his statement is valid. I worked with him at Easterwood Airport, I am also a private pilot and I assure you: Traveling in a private jet is no way to get around while preaching about saving the environment. (Continued…)

Congradulations,

Let's all ignore the environment. Let's all honestly say that we do not give a damn. An inconvenient truth is nothing more that a political scam. (Continued…)

Open letter to Laurie David:

You are miserable. Everyone knows you are just feeding off of your husband's fame and you have no merit of your own. Judging from the way he channels you in Curb, he either consciously or sub-consciously thinks you are a disgusting sack of shit. (Continued…)

It is hard enough to convince friends and family that the "feel good" people are really concerned about Global warming, and that they should also consider helping out. (Continued…)
