The Office is back for season four, and it is better than ever. With major changes restructuring the way the office functions, the parties, conference room moments and Michael's (Steve Carell) outlandish causes have yet to stop.

During the season finale in May, viewers were left wondering what would happen with Jim (John Krasinski) and Pam (Jenna Fischer) following Jim's long-awaited question to Pam resulting in the answer, "Then it's a date."

The writers began season four with a nasty trick, as both Jim and Pam insisted that they were seeing nobody. Kevin (Brian Baumgartner) repeatedly asked "Are you kidding me?" - summing up viewers' feelings.

However, a little later in the premiere episode "Fun Run," Jim and Pam revealed that they are together, but just haven't told anyone yet.

In the episode "Dunder Mifflin Infinity," which aired the previous week, Jim and Pam revealed that they were together after being ousted by Toby (Paul Lieberstein). In a sentimental moment, Michael grabbed both of their hands and blabbered on about one of his crazy antics that was sure to bring them closer together.

Even though Jim and Pam are doing great, rumors are flying that Karen Filippelli (Rashida Jones) is set to start taping soon, so look out for some chaos in the Jim-Pam-Karen love triangle this season.

Elsewhere in the office, relationships have taken a turn for the worst.

Ryan (B.J. Novak) and Kelly Kapoor (Mindy Kaling) have broken up since Ryan assumed his position in New York. Dwight (Rainn Wilson) and Angela (Angela Kinsey) are having problems after Dwight put Angela's sickly cat in the freezer to die rather than live with "countless ailments."

Meanwhile, at the center of the party, Michael Scott has seen some major changes as well.

At work, Michael did not get the corporate position he wanted, even though he reminded everyone that he was the most qualified. Instead, he traded career success for domineering domestic bliss with Jan, (Melora Hardin) his former boss.
