If you don't walk on the grass at the MSC, I fail to see why "Pond Hopping" is OK.

The fountains aren't for recreation or play. They're meant to be aesthetically pleasing, to beautify campus. Having them used as swimming pools is debasing and an eyesore. (Continued…)
