It's the wooden carving of student organizations in the MSC in the hallway next to the flag room.

Its the wooden craving on the first floor of the MSC, the hallway across the flag room.

The above posts are correct, I just thought I would add that it was carved by Environmental Design Professor Rodney Hill. Pretty impressive piece of work. (Continued…)
