Senior industrial distribution major Dan Merchant consumes crawfish as quickly as three of his fraternity brothers can retrieve it for him at Sbisa's crawfish boil Tuesday evening. Merchant said he devoured 450 of the crustaceans last year before he was denied any further helpings, and was hoping to reach at least 600 this time around. When asked why he was attempting this feat, he replied, "I just love crawfish."
