Starks, Gant given all-conference honors

The Big 12 women's basketball coaches honored four Texas A&M basketball players with all-conference honors on Monday. Seniors Danielle Gant and Takia Starks were selected to the All-Big 12 First Team. It was Gant's second time to be selected and Starks' third. Gant was also named the Big 12 Defensive Player of the Year and selected for the Big 12 All-Defensive Team. Starks was the Aggies' leading scorer with 15.6 points per game. During the season she became A&M's all-time leading 3-point shooter with 174 3-pointers.
