Aggie golfer Hurley wins Nebraska title

Junior John Hurley, a member of Texas A&M's national champion men's golf team, won the Nebraska match play title on Sunday. He defeated Andy Sajevic seven and six at Willow Lakes Golf Course in Bellevue, Neb. It is his second Nebraska match play title.
"It felt good to get out and get an early lead," Hurley said. " I was hitting some good wedges. Andy hit some good shots, but I stuck it in there closer and made some putts. He was close to making a lot of putts, which would have made it a lot tighter match." Hurley was up by eight through 27 holes, hitting a 20-foot putt on the 12th hole for an eagle.
