Howdy!

This year marks the 10th anniversary of the Bonfire collapse and the 100th anniversary of Bonfire tradition. The Battalion will be putting together a commemorative issue to pay tribute and honor the tradition and those who hold it dear. We want to convey to the world how tragic the events of a decade ago were, how special times working on stack are to ol' Ags, and how important Bonfire is to Texas A&M. We want to know your story. Please send in your stories and photos from your experiences at stack to battcopy@thebatt.com

2.) Going out to the stack to carry logs in a freezing rain only to be told by the Redpots that we weren't needed. (Continued…)

Getting a call from student life a couple days later at work (UHaul) asking if we had any boxes the parents could use. We loaded up a car, a couple hours later, and told them to come back if they needed anything else. (Continued…)
